I was just looking at a video I made earlier today, in VS6 pro, after about a minute and a half, the audio remained correct, but the video would stall and stutter. It will be difficult to edit this video with this happening. I am running Windows Vista, with max ram, an Athlon dual core processor running at 2.3gHz. All the hardware acceleration I can turn in VS6 is turned on. The video is 34.9 Mbps, 59.94 fps.
Any Ideas?

Re: Delayed video "stutter"
If the video is 59.94 full frames per second, 1920 x 1080 in size, then I would hazard the guess that it is fully progressive AVCHD. You may think your computer is powerful enough, though from your brief description and lack of detail in your profile, I would hazard another guess and say it is likely to be that your computer is not powerful to edit AVCHD in its raw state. First off, under Settings in X6, is 'Enable 50/60P editing' ticked?
Next, did you use SmartProxy? This is designed to help people with less powerful computers. A standard definition copy or "proxy" of the original is made for editing. This is easier to edit and watch. When satisfied with the edits, they are then applied back to the original.

Not AVCHD just MP4, at a high rate, Smart proxy is turned on, and 50/60 fps is turned on. You may be right about the computer, but for now I am stuck with what I have. I will cut back my camera to a lower rate and quality.

What is the camera? If a GoPro, you will still get excellent quality with some of the lesser settings.

A Canon Vixia HF-R40, it has 4 settings in MP4: 4Mbps, 17Mbps, 24Mbps, and 35Mbps.
