Re: PSP Pro X6 missing plugin
Do you mean add (import) a picture frame, or in program try to apply one of the normally installed picture frames? Is it all picture frames, or only some frames. Are you using the 64 bit version or the 32 bit version of PSP X6
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867

Re: PSP Pro X6 missing plugin
I am trying to load one of the normally installed picture frames. None will show up as get the missing plugin message. I am using the 32 bit version as for 64 bit none of my other filters would work at all while they do in 32 bit.

Re: PSP Pro X6 missing plugin
Sounds like a corrupted install. Of course I can't find that plugin anywhere on my system anyway. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

Re: PSP Pro X6 missing plugin
I tried a reinstall and the same but it is odd that if I run the 64 bit the loaded frames will load but not most of my filters and if I run the 32 bit the frames will not load but all of the filters will so looks like it may just be something I need to deal with.

If you just bought PSP you should still have a warranty on it, you should be able to contact support on this issue.
