How to?? Preset Shape Categories (PSP X3)

Post by TXShooter »

Because of how difficult it is to create vector objects in PSP, I've opted to use my CAD program to create them, then save them as a Preset Shape in PSP. However, I've got so many different ones now, I'd like to organize them. I noticed that PSP's Preset Shapes has a 'Category' filter, but I can't seem to find anything that describes how to set each shape's category.

Anyone know how?

Sub-folders are categories.

If you go into your Preset shapes folder in your document and arrange the preset shapes into sub folders, those sub-folders become the categories.

THANK You!! I guess just like everything else in PSP, once you do something, it won't show up until you restart the program, huh?

I got it to work with MY stuff, but I also noticed that the 'stock' shapes are in a wide array of subfolders in the "\Corel\..\Preset Shapes\" Program Files folder, yet those are not categorized. Why is that?
