the screen capture tool only records for approximately 60 seconds and stops, would love to know why?

My screen capture doesn't work at all, and never has!! It opens but says it has a problem with my audio hardware. Since my audio hardware works fine with everything else, then it's a problem with VS. I was doing something fairly recently with my system, changing a few settings and I found out that VS has a 'Corel Audio Engine'. I have no idea how to get into that to have a look if I can change settings or something but I reckon that's the cause of my problems, some kind of conflict or something. Without knowing for sure, I'd be 99% sure that the same problem (or a variation since you can capture 60 seconds worth), is causing your problem.
