Before I start to work on a picture, the size is around 2MB. After small corrects my pictures are only 0.3 to 0.5MB.
Why? Is there a possibility to have the same picture size like before?
Thanks

Re: picture size
I'm assuming you're talking about the .JPG file format. But, options are there in many other file formats.
The next time you edit a .JPG, don't 'Save' it but 'Save as...'. At the bottom right of the dialogue box, if you've selected the JPG file type, there's an 'Options' button.
On that dialogue you'll see 'Compression' with a slider and an entry box. Out of the box it's usually set to 15% (or maybe 20). slide the slider to the left -least compression- or fill in 1 in the box. This will give minimal compression.
Once you've done that, the Save option uses the same compression factor as the Save as... option.
