Paintshop Pro X6. The "PREVIEW ON IMAGE" checkbox won't "check" when using Smart Photo Fix in editing a photograph. Any changed settings (overall, shadows, highlights and etc.) effects aren't visible until "OK" is pressed.
There is some text in the upper left corner that is partially hidden. I think that it is "video options preview" but i can't access it. It appears to me that the frame of the smart photo fix is too small?
Until two - three weeks ago the Smart Photo Fix was working as I expected.
Thanks for looking.

Re: PSP X6 - Can't "preview" in Smart Photo Fix HELP
Something has corrupted, so resetting PSP using the Shift key method should clear it.
Close PSP.
Open PSP and hold the Shift key as you do so. This generates a message telling you that PSP is reverting to it's default settings.
Click OK, that should do it
This trick has side effects: you need to reset any changed Preferences + File Locations (for your plugins).

Re: PSP X6 - Can't "preview" in Smart Photo Fix HELP
Joelle, thank you for the suggestion. However holding the shift key while opening PSP didn't solve the "broken" [:-) preview check-box. I've been contemplating reinstalling the program. I don't change that many settings so I won't be in too much trouble. He said.
Thanks again,
KenB

Re: PSP X6 - Can't "preview" in Smart Photo Fix HELP
I reinstalled PSP X6 and my "problem" is no more. CASE CLOSED! LOL
Thank you, Joelle, for your suggestion. I'll remember the tip next time I'm in trouble.
