Hi Quadcowgirl,
You have not mentioned which version of Paintshop Pro you are using.
My explanation applies to PSP X4 but other versions are similar.
When you install PSP in a Win 7 machine , it along with the Creative Content and Creative collections also installs Picture Tubes , Frames etc.
These are installed in the Programs section and in Win 7 this is at : C:\Program Files(x86)\Corel\Corel Paintshop Pro X4\Corel_10 . These are removed / over written when you uninstall and reinstall that version of PSP.
You mention that your computer is set back to its factory settings and in another similar posting you mention resetting your computer, and yet another "my computer ask(acts) up and I have to restart it all over again it makes me re-import everything individually "

Restart means to stop your computer and restart it, or turn it off and restart it. This should not cause your picture tubes to be lost.
Resetting your computer is yet another button which is used when your computer hangs and you cannot access the restart or Shut down buttons via Start. Again your picture tubes should not be lost.
Reinstalling your operating system , may usually involve having to reinstall all your programs again and also any of your folders in Documents . This does remove your Picture Tubes.

When you import / create a picture tube, it is saved as a name.PspTube.

This is saved in C:\Users\Name\Documents\Corel Paintshop Pro\14.0\Picture Tubes

If the Picture tubes you are installing are already in the form of name.PspTube , then you do not need to reimport and save them. You can just copy and paste all .PspTubes directly into that Picture Tubes folder.
Once you have done all your importing, you should make a backup copy of that and any other folders - save it to a flash drive / USB stick or burn data to a CD. That way for any future problems all your Psp Tubes will be ready to copy straight over into your new Picture Tubes folder. Backup, Backup, Backup!!

If you have the program open and the Picture tube tool selected and you add some tubes (copy) them to your picture tube folder, then they may not show up until you choose another tool and then come back to the Picture Tube tool when it reloads the tubes.
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867
