I have Video Studio X3 running on a 32 bit machine. I need to take advantage of the upgrade price on my new 64 bit machine, I have the trial version X6 installed and running. How do I do that?

Version X3 does not qualify you for the reduced upgrade price I am afraid - the upgrade price is only available if you own one of the last two versions - that is X4 and X5.
You will have to pay the full price for X6.
