Hi, sorry Im not too up with the workings of a computer so I have dug out the invoice from last march when I had it updated.

Computer specs are fine.
Any reason why you are still using XP?
I'd upgrade to win7 and get a 64bit version, a quick look on line sees prices at £50ish

Have upgraded to windows 7 64 bit and still have same problem as capturing to HDV Split I still lose frames. Have also changed the firewire card to an expensive one.
About ready to pack it up now as have chucked enough money at it.
