Post by baconroll »

Hello everyone I wonder if any of you can help as.............

help my favorite editor has broken!
In Manage all images appear in the file tree
If I select and image and click adjust the image appears in the tray along the bottom but a selected image is not displayed for adjustment
if I click edit Edit window opens but the image does not
In Edit I can open a new blank Image but if I go to the file menu and click on a image on any of my drives they do not open
???

Is there some setting I should change or just down load the program again and reinstall it??

First try resetting the program. Hold down the shift key and then double click the icon on your desktop to start the program. It should ask if you want to reset the program to its defaults, click yes / OK and seee if that fixes anything. You have not mentioned which version you have and that can be important.
If not then you may have downloaded a corruptd version in which case download again uninstall (there are some threads on removing all parts of PSP ) and then reinstall
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867
