I was doing some editing and as I was dragging a picture to the timeline the preview screen changed to where the it was only showing half the picture. I thought that was kinda odd and checked the rest of my project and the preview was the same, only showing half of the pictures. I closed out Corel without saving and restarted the program with the same results. I then rebooted windows to no avail. An ideas on what setting was changed?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Re: Preview Screen Settings
Is your video in an overlay track - or the main top video track
if in an overlay track click on the block in the track then move over the preview window - left click on picture and slide
would help if you could post a screen shot of your pc screen

Re: Preview Screen Settings
You don't say which version you are using, but I have been trying to replicate what you might have done in VS X6. In fact, much to my surprise, I got to the stage where I could only see a small fraction of the preview screen in the space where the screen normally sits. Moreover, the play button and other controls were no longer visible. However, double left clicking on the series of dots to the immediate top right of the screen corrected it. You might want to try the same thing... See image below. Clicking on those dots seems to cycle the screen view through three different phases... I have never noticed this control before...

Re: Preview Screen Settings
Ah - if the problem is as Ken has just described then pressing F7 on your keyboard should also restore your normal view.

Re: Preview Screen Settings
I apologize for not clarifying. I'm running VS6 and the clips are in the main video track. The top of the pictures are about mid screen and the control buttons are missing. Clicking on the dots moves the image up and to the right, making the left side of the image move to the center of the preview screen, with the buttons still missing. Clicking them again reverts them back to the original problem. I've attached pix of both views.
Surely it has to be something simple but I'm not sure what I could have done to change things...
I just typed out this reply only to see the recommendation to hit the F7 key and THAT worked! Thanks guys!
**Edit** As you can see, I didn't post both views but two of the same angle.
