PSP X5 high disk utilization

Hi everyone i am experiencing a problem with my PSP x5 or what appears to be a issue I have been chasing for a while on high disk utilization.

I have been seeing issues on my pc with high disk utilization and after tracing it back appears to PSP doing it. It seemed to be intermittent when the drive would be pegged out. watching resource monitor it had a set pattern i would see on the performance hit where it was maxed out.

After upgrading to sp3 failing to launch I would see the same pattern on the disk performance as soon as i launched it until the application presented the error of a missing file - uninstall. I have since uninstalled the product. Tonight I plan to re install.

Is there a source so i can get the psp x5 with the sp3 slipstreamed in? so i don't have to install the apply service pack.

Are there any other known issues where PSP X5 would be scanning my drive or looking for photos? If so is there a way to disable this feature?
