How can I make a Softproof...?
I have a ICC Profil from my Photoservice....!
But how can I use it with PSP X6?
Or is this with PSP X6 not possilbe...!

I don't know yet. I did a search and arrived at the same info you showed me. Unfortunately, the only printer profile that can be added is the printer that is attached to your computer.
However, another option might be available. Under the Color Management window there is an option for "Proofing". Which is defined as seeing colors on your monitor and/or printer as they would appear on another device. Selecting Proofing, enables the "Emulated Device Profile" drop down box and I could then select the profile I want and then select any of the 4 choices for the "Rendering Intent".
I hope this works as expected. If I understand this item correctly, it will not convert the images profile, but it allows me see if there is a significant shift in color with the selected profile. If there is, then adjustments can be made.
