Maybe it was always like that but today, I am noticing that the Status Toolbar at the bottom of my PSPX6 does not give me the dimensions and other information about my image or my manipulation, like the size of the selection, or the position of the cursor.
Is that new or did I just set something wrong accidentally?

Re: Status toolbar in X6
Stupid question: is the status bar checked in View/Toolbars/Status?

Re: Status toolbar in X6
It sure is. That was my first thing to check as I wondered why that section didn't appear. But I have the left part with the details of the tools my cursor hovers over. So it is there.

Re: Status toolbar in X6
This happened randomly in X3 a long time ago, and I never got it really fixed, just grasping at straws here
Tried File/Preferences/Reset preferences... Make all toolbars/palettes visible and on screen ?
I'd save a workspace first, you never know how that option can mess up custom things.
Tried File/Preferences/Reset preferences... Reset workspace to default configuration? Again, with current saved, just in case.
Maybe some other option on that Reset dialog?
The PSP Hail Mary Play: tried the shift-click to start PSP, and Yes to 'return to defaults' or something like that?
Out of ideas, good luck.

Cassel:
I take it that this is what you are looking for: one view with cursor hovering, the top for a selection. Works o.k. in my X6-64.

Right. That is the part, on the right, that I am missing.

Re: Status toolbar in X6
just checked both 64 & 32 bit X6 and in bottom right corner, both reflect info about the image ..... (x:576y:193)-(R:95,G:13,B:38,O:255) --Image:600x250 x RGB - 8 bits/channel
Under View: Toolbars .... Standard Status Tools All Checked
just curious: under RESET PREFERENCES, if you tick reset dialog positions & last used settings along with reset workspace to default configuration, will it reflect data after you reboot PSP.
