Hello,
I had downloaded a YouTube video. The saved file appeared to be in .wmv format. When I "Create Video File" with VS X4 should the field order be LOWER or UPPER first? I checked the properties with VS X4 but it did not give any indication. The property shown by VS X4 is attached. Thanks for any advice.

Use Frame Based... though you didn't say what format you were rendering the WMV to...

Frame based would still do that, and would avoid any possible flickering introduced by making the video interlaced...
