PSPX6 Errors and Crashes

I have PSP X6 Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit I have PSPX6 32 and 64 bit both installed .. I have a few problems reported a few of them already on PSPX6 bugs and fixes thread but have another problem starting tonight I have uninstalled re-install and did a repair with the disc have used psp for over 10-12 years

1: still The Balls and Bubbles under Effects/Artistic Effects/ Balls and Bubbles will not open at all and crashes the program

2: I keep getting popups after check mark but they are blank , Discovery Guide , Help and the updates just a blank popup with no text or info and I checked tonight for updates the popup window popped up but there is no text no info either just a plain pop up with a x it is freezing up and have to close the whole program to close popup

3: started tonight have not used my psp since before Christmas have not changed settings was working before .. and I have my psp to open and use png, jpeg,jpg, and gifs formats .. will show & open some but not open and show some of the same format in psp & windows explorer like it usually does .. why is it showing and open some and not others of the same formats in same folders have psp set as my default program to open these formats

Update on this problem :
I started out loving this program when it first came out thins is changing my mind & I have been trying work in PSP this weekend but ..... my PSPX6 got worse tools and effects stop working my laptop is not that old yet have been working with PSP for years and today got to a breaking point with it . it kept freezing up and locking other programs kept crashing the pc with the blue kiss of death screen several times I thought uninstall and reinstall would help I even used the Cleanup X6 tool from the forum here . even tried a system restore with no luck and a my computer went dead in the middle of the restore .. .. tech support had to go through a boot to open .. been with support call for over 4 hours trying to get computer fixed .. the support guy thought it was me at first but he could not remove or repair PSPX6 at all either and we keep getting errors, the files is missing or corrupt or damaged on pc and CD and my disk says it can not install only I used twice to install it on both of my computers .. we finally gave up did a new windows factory restore but PSP X6 is still on this desktop and it hangs and stalls on here to .. if I get it off both pc I am reinstalling and going back to PSP X5 till there is a fix for this ... I am sure if I call support ask for new disk it will not help .. i
