It doesnt have sound when opened in videostudio x6. But does have sound when played in vlc media player.

My quick google shows dxtory as a screen capture software.
Your choices would be to convert the file to something that VS can use, maybe mp4, mp2, wmv depending on what your final outcome is.
Or, checking what other files types it will capture as and seeing which one works with VS.
