Video Library limits

Post by Amalthia »

Does anyone know how to increase the amount of video libraries you can have with Video Studio 9?

I noticed that about 25-30 libraries the program won't accept any more and I can't figure out why.

I'd appreciate any and all help

Maybe program limitations. I will test later to check.

I have not tried this in 9 yet, but I can say that I had 100+ videos in the library in 8 without a problem. This year I decided to create separate video folders for each event to keep them better organized. I just checked and one of the folders has 71 clips in it right now, so I don't think you are running into a VS limitation.

Hi Amalthia

Are you asking about the number of individual library pages you can create.
or
are you asking the number of clips / thumbnails you can place on each page.

I'm asking about the number of individual library pages you can create. the folders. After you make 30 or 35, it will create a new folder but when you seelct it jumps to the audio library instead of going to the folder you just created.

I like to keep my videos organized by folder for easier managment.
