audio after recording, but no audio after burning?

This probably is an old problem, but I can't find the solution.

I record from tv with ComproPVR 2. When I look at the recordings (in 1/2 DVD, so mpeg-2), they have sound and image. When I import them into MF2 (yes, I have the old version), it still works fine when I play it. But the info tells me that there is no audio?! And when I burn it on DVD, I have a movie without sound.

I record in PAL (Belgium), with 48 kHz audiofreq and 224 kbps audio bitrate.

What can this be?
