empty menu

I'm trying to make other menu than in library and every time I move all elements ( from selected template) out of the frame.
How can I put empty menu to library

I'm trying use this metod but some of element I'm no need in my menu.
And comming 2 ways:
1. remove (deleta) - not in editing
2. start from empty - but I don't know, how to do

is way to import "empty" pictures as a menu???

You cannot delete some items - RIGHT click on them and in the pop out choose "Hide Object"

Only one programme in the world will make menus from empty - look out for Corel Photo Impact X3 - but making menus from start is quite difficult.
