Is it because my version of Videostudio, 14.3.0.5, is a bit old? I haven't used it for a long while. When I click on the button for the Corel Guide, I get an essentially empty window (see attached screenshot), the cursor turns into an hourglass, and I might get a message that the server doesn't respond (no screenshot for that, sorry). In any case VStudio remains unresponsive for what feels like minutes. I then kill it from Task Manager.
This is mainly a problem when I need access to the Settings button (the gears in the upper right corner). It works sometimes, if I click fast enough, but not always.
I guess the Corel Guide content has been removed entirely or moved somewhere else. Is it possible to correct this?

Re: Corel Guide not working anymore
Unfortunately a number of users of all different versions of VideoStudio seem to be getting this problem - we believe it is due to a problem on the Corel server but Corel seem to be very slow in fixing it.
In the meantime most users have found that pressing 'alt' and F4 together (alt+F4) will close the unresponsive guide without resorting to Task Manager
