Hello Support Team!
Without explaining too much:
I have no sound if I play the whole project, only if I play the clip (which contains audio) itself. This is somewhat useless, if I want to preview what I did on all tracks, including Audio.
Is this user error? Am I missing something?
To make this more clear: I did a quick Video of the problem.

Thank you.

I did change the title and hope my question becomes more clear.

Re: X4 Pro - No Video sound on project, just clip?
Hi
It is most likely the video type you are using in particular the Codec the video is using. If Video Studio cannot fully recognise the video it may have problems playing in Project Mode.
The easiest solution would be to use a Video Converter to create a more editable format.
But you do not give any details of your video file.
Right Click a clip in the timeline and select properties, what are they?, take a snapshot of the window to create a jpeg to upload to your post.
If for instance if it is a Mov type, have you installed QuickTime?
