layering on psp4

Post by koss42ekim »

Somehow I can't get 2 different pics in the my tab but not up on the work screen or can't drag them both to show up on layers. It worked before and afraid in doing anti virus scans and registry cleanups might have made PSP4 unhappy. I can get them there one at a time, but to do some editing like morphing or make a collage, need to get both pics as two layered to start with. I've found some go around but it's too messy. Do I need to re install the program or is there something I'm not doing? I've watched video's etc. and manual but nothing about how to get 2 different pics into layers on the right side, they start with the pics already illustrated. It was working earlier fine and I was happy. Can someone describe a step by step from the very start like getting the pics from a file and bringing in as new in open? Thanks, Mike

Do you mean that you cannot see two pictures open on the workspace at one time. This is probably because they are tabbed. Go to along the top Menu Bar -- Windows > Tabbed Documents and make sure that is unticked.

Wow. I spent 2000 hair follicles and as much time trying to figure things to make it work. Your suggestion was the cure. I suppose the software is a lifetime in learning. Now I remember checking off the option when I was working on another project and forgot to uncheck it. Thanks so much. I was ready to reinstall the program is how bad I got. Koss.
