As I said to you before - and which you ignored - what you want to do defies the laws of physics

You cannot take a 4:3 image and keeping the same aspect ratio stretch it to fit right across a 16:9 screen without loosing some of the top and bottom - then you want to letterbox it and still have all the content of the video have the same aspect ratio - it is impossible

to make a 4:3 fit a 16:9 screen without distortion you must lose some of the top and/or bottom - you can do that in VideoStudio no problem

but you cannot stretch the video sideways without it going higher and losing some of the image or distorting it - making people shorter and fatter - then you actually want to make the height even less than the screen and still not lose any of your image or distort it.
