VS6 - Screen Capturing/Recording Toolbar

Try to use Screen Capturing/Recording function of VS6 Ultimate, but If I click on the button for doing this, the main VS disappears and comes back after ~10 seconds. But no Screen Recording toolbar is coming up.

Have reinstalled more than once VS6 Ultimate on my Win7 system. Renamed the proper config folder. All patches and updates are installed, system and VS.

Can't find informations on this and hope the community can help.

Issue found:

3 monitors is the problem. With 2 it works fine.

I use a USB-graphic card to extend from 2, which are supported by the build in graphic card, to 3 monitors.
After I removed the USB GraphCard all is fine.

A clear bug, because of not conform programming...
