Editing

I use Pro6X and when I edit a project by taking something out such as a video or picture, the items I placed in the title tract are no longer in the proper place in the project.
Is there some property or tool I don't have operating? I used VS 11 before and I believe this was called "ripple editing". I don't see any such item in 6X.
What's up with this?

Yes X6 has ripple editing and enabling that should help you with your problem - it is enabled by clicking on the padlocks at the left end of the timeline

You can read more on page 104 of the user guide which you will find on your computer in the following location :-
C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel VideoStudio Pro X6\UserGuide - - - (may be very slightly different depending on your computer and VS version)
