Safe to remove Corel Messages from AppData?

Can I safely remove these files from my Windows Vista PC without doing bad things to PSPx4 and PSPx6?

C:\Users\Greg\AppData\Roaming\Corel\Messages

I am simply trying to clean things up a bit. I found a lot of Aftershot Pro files from when I used it as a trial quite awhile ago.

Rename the folder.

It should be just fine, PSP should recreate the Messages folder. But just to be sure rename the folder so PSP can't find it without deleting anything. If PSP works just fine, then delete the old folder.
