Layer adjustments aren't exporting

Hello, I'm relatively new to Aftershot Pro but I've noticed that if I make an adjustment to an image in an adjustment layer, then export that image to JPG or TIFF those adjustments aren't present in the newly created JPG (or TIF). For example if I create an adjustment layer and fix an image with red eyes then export that image to JPG, when I open the JPG the eyes are still red.

I'm assuming I'm doing something incorrectly or incomplete. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

UPDATE: In doing further research I discovered that the problem is apparently due to pipeline changes made to Aftershot Pro in version 1.2.0.7 as opposed to version 1.1... The specific plugins I'm using where this is a problem are: MDRedEyes and Wavelet Sharpen. Does anyone know of new versions of these plugins that are compatible with the latest version of ASP??
