Web Works Help Display Fail

Web Works Help Display Fail
I have Corel Paint Shop Pro X6 installed on a machine running Windows 8 (64 bit version) and every time I click help topics I get a pop up error box saying Web Works Help Display Fail. I've tried reinstalling Paintshop Pro, I've disabled the firewall, selected a different browser (by default am using IE11) and yet nothing. Any ideas please as this is driving me mad.
