Working with VS X6 Ultimate, I have had a few issues; but this new one just occurred last night after using it and it worked fine, Vitascene, Roto Pen & Script all crashed. It said to go to the website prodad.com and download updates but when I did it said it could not find a full version on my hard drive. Does that mean that the versions that came on the disc are not full versions? I have the disc and loaded these plug-ins from the Utilities disc. Just wondering if there have been other issues with these plug-ins and I thought we had full working copies on the disc. Can anyone shed a little light on this matter for me. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and be well.

Thanks for the response. I have the same version number as yours 16.1.0.45. I was using all three of the plug-ins for a few projects and only now does it crash and when one crashes, they all do. Perplexing to say the least. I don't want to have to re-install unless that is the only viable solution. I have so many items to re-install if I have to go that route. However, if all else fails I will do it. I like the plug-ins a lot. Thanks again.

I use all three of those plug ins and have no issues, very rarely are full versions of plug ins provided as part of the program, to do so would increase the cost of the program dramatically. The full version of VitaScene V2 LE is $149, so how much are you prepared to pay for a program, I am extremely happy to have these cut down versions to experiment with.
Has anything changed since you last had the plug ins working, installed any new programs, windows updates etc. you could try restoring your computer to an earlier date, say a few days before the problem started and see if that corrects the issue. If you choose the reinstall route, copy the contents of the vft_plug and vfx_plug and any other folders you want to keep to a separate location, you can then copy and paste them back after reinstalling.
