File Conversion?
Will Photoshop correctly open a psd file saved using PSP X16? Will all layers remain intact?

Vector layers will be converted to raster when saving to a PSD document from PaintShop Pro.
I don't know about layer groups, but only raster layers and adjustment layers are supported between PSD and PaintShop Pro.
