I have Corel PaintShop Pro X6 v 16.1.0.48, both 64 and 32 bit versions installed. When I click the check for updates in the help menu, I get 2 blank dialog boxes. I cancel out of the last one by clicking the red X in the upper right hand corner and I get a dialog box that asks me if I want to cancel.
Does anyone know what is causing this problem?

I assume you have an internet connection……….
There have been quite a lot of complaints regarding access to the Corel Guides not only for PSP but most other Corel programs. I can only assume it is a server issue. Corel have been informed but seem to be slow in fixing all problems.
Maybe next time you try it will work ok?
If you need any patches you can download vial the Corel Site, Patches & Update link at the top of this forum.
By the way I just tried X4 Corel Guide which worked ok?
Other X6 users I am sure will be able to check out the Guide
