Remove text from image
With PaintShop Pro x6, is there a way to remove text from a shirt in the image and get the entire shirt one solid color? The shirt in the photo is not flat, it is wavy.

There is no "one step fix" if that's what you are asking. If you have a decent resolution image and some patience it can be done (probably with the clone tool) but it would be helpful to see the image prior to suggesting a method.

Here is a crop of the image showing what I am talking about along with information on the photo. It is pretty hard to tell what is going on. I couldn't upload as much as I wanted as there is a pretty small attachment size allowed, but where the M and N are there are waves in the shirt.

Re: Remove text from image
To post a larger sample I suggest you crop a suitable area from your photo, enough to demonstrate the issue, crop as new image, resize the new image to the max pixel size allowed for posting (850 x 800?) save under a new name and upload that. I think cloning would work but it would take quite a bit of work to make it look real.

Re: Remove text from image
I used X6 and "Clone Brush". I kept taking nearby samples and changing Brush size. In the more complex wavy areas I made adjustments to density and just kept brushing over and over until I had a good enough meld into the surrounding areas.
Doesn't look too shabby?

That looks good and is the way I would have done itGrazie wrote:I used X6 and "Clone Brush". I kept taking nearby samples and changing Brush size. I tried the clone brush, but it looked really bad. I never adjusted the density though. Where is that found?

It is on the Tool Options palette directly above your image. If you are not seeing it go to View -> Palettes and check Tool Options.
