Activations codes not received after online purchase of PSP

Hello Corel,

I purchased paintshop pro x6 via credit card on 2nd december via your online store. My cerdit card statement also shows the debited amount against the purchase, but it is very strange that i didn't receive any serial numbers or activation codes right after i made the purchase. In my corel account the order still shows it's status as under processing.I kept waiting for the the invoice to show up at my inbox and spam folder, but that didn't happen either. :cry: Where should i put up my purchase details and order id?
I have also created a case on your customer support in this regard, but i haven't received any communication from your side till now. My case number is 01943341
Kindly help me get me my activation codes mailed at my registered account.
