Does Corel have any software that will increase image size without detail loss, and pixel loss.

Can you give more details of your image properties and what you wish to achieve?

What are you referring to:-

1 / Increasing the Pixel Dimensions of the image will resample the file adding pixels, make the file size larger but will not increase quality.
Or
2 / Adjust the image size in in/cm allowing you to print the image at a particular size?

All image editors are capable of re-sizing the image to re-sample or for printing. Corel Paint Shop Pro is the most popular image editor.

There are one or two companies that state they have software that can do this. Being a world leader, I assumed that Corel would have something similar.
A bit like blowing a picture up in size but keeping the quality.

I suggest you download the Trial Version of Paint Shop Pro X6

Then you can try for yourself, then ask the question on the PSP Forum

Re-Sampling the images original dimensions is gonna impact on quality whether that is noticeable for the viewer is debatable.
It depends on how much you intend to increase the size, it also depends on the quality of the original image.
It depends on the type of image being used , Raw Images would be best to work with.

You don’t give any details regarding the size of your original images nor say how you are viewing your image?

You are still not really telling us what you want: do you want to increase the image size for printing, for display on a computer screen or what. As lata stated any "printing" program can increase the size but you may lose quality. It depends a lot on the resolution of your source image.

They're talking about software that uses a new process for upscaling images without loss of quality. These tend to use fractal or s-spline methods for calculating the new pixels. Obviously these aren't perfect but in some cases they do better than any upscale method available to PaintShop Pro.

Software like onOne's Perfect Resize 8, or BenVista PhotoZoom Pro.

As far as I know, Corel does not have a dedicated software of this type. Corel Draw Graphics Suite does, however, come with a PhotoZoom plugin for PHOTO-PAINT.

Hi, I'm fairly new to playing around with my Paintshop Pro x9 and I appear to be a slow learner, so, help please. I am running my PSP at 64 bits on Windows 10.
I open up a JPEG photo for editing, I select and copy an area of the photograph and then paste as a new layer, I can move it around and trim it just as I want, so all is well.
I then try to repeat that operation with a new section of the photograph, I select an area and then press copy but when I try to paste as a new layer I receive the message "the clipboard does not contain any visible data". If I save and close the picture and then reopen I can carry on, until the next time. I guess the answer is somewhere on this board or in the users manual but I am yet to find it, so, help please.

If you are indeed using Photoshop, and not Paint Shop Pro, then you are in completely the wrong Board. Photoshop is an Adobe product, whereas this Board deals with Corel programs. So you should register on the Adobe forums website and post your question there.

Make sure that when doing Copy that your Image Layer is selected as the active layer, that maybe the background layer

If one of the newly cropped layers is active then you may not be selecting / copying any pixels / image etc.
