Updating sMedio WinDVD 11.5 Pro
Can I update sMedio WinDVD 11.5 Pro installing Corel WinDVD Pro SP3 (v11.6)?

Just tested. Corel WinDVD SP3 (i.e. v11.6) can be installed over sMedio v11.5. I 've done this without problem. And sMedio logo have been changed to Corel logo. 
P.S. sMedio WinDVD doesn't have "Check For Updates" button (Corel WinDVD does). I'm very disappointed in sMedio: I have never received any message about updates from sMedio.
God damn, I don't understand the relationship the two companies have!
