Welcome to the forum!
And there is absolutely nothing wrong with your English.
However, we *do* require a little more information. First, which version of Video Studio are you using (and please don't say "aaaaa" as you did for most items in your Profile!!
)
Since this problem appears to be a new one, can you think of anything which might have occurred, such as a Windows Update, which could have changed things? Have you added any image editing software which might be clashing with Video Studio?
And finally, does it only happen with a certain format of photos, such as jpeg? Or does it happen with all formats?

I am having a similar issue that I can't figure out. I am using a trial version of corel videostudio pro x6 (planning on buy full version this week if I can get this issue resolved) and last week I could add pictures to my projects but this week I try to add the SAME picture from the same locations and it gives me an error (see attachment). The only thing that I have done to my computer between then and now is I ran chkdsk.exe and system defrag.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Chris

It is possible that the EXIF data in the photo is misleading VideoStudio - first thing to try is to open the photos in any very basic photo viewing programme you have and then save them with a very slightly different name (stick a 1 on the file name or similar) then see if the new version will import to VS

Hi Guys
Sorry you are having problems in using images, I had a similar problem using a Lenovo laptop, that was a graphics driver issue.
There have also been other users with similar problems, one such post here.

First I would advise that you check Windows Updates in particular Optional updates and anything related to graphics drivers, however far fetched you feel that to be.
View this guide to see if you are seeing similar errors.

and if you haven’t already done so please update your profiles to include your PC specs, thanks.
Good luck
