Entry Point Not Found upon trying to activate a re-install

The procedure entry point ?SetBackgroundColor@CSKScrollBar@@QAEXKK@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program files (x86)\Corel\Corel Paintshop Pro X4\Corel Paintshop Pro X4.exe

I have uninstalled and reinstalled over and over with one problem after another.

Any Ideas?

Ok, I'm in the process of upgrading to x6. If you haven't been on the corel.com site recently and might need an upgrade, there is a sweet deal there.
