Hello!
I'm using Titler EX (so adapted version for VS), but sadly it has (much) less features than I see in NB videos about PRO version, so my question: is PRO version working with Corel VS 6? I read NB product page and Corel VS is not included there. As I understand it, by purchasing PRO version you can install it as standalone program in Windows and then export (somehow) the rendering to other video programs? Is that correct and if so how could I do it with VideoStudio (or I couldn't)?
I'm about to buy PRO version, but that matter keeps me away from it for now, don't want to change my favourite video software for Vegas f.e.
NewBlue Titler PRO with VS 6?

Re: NewBlue Titler PRO with VS 6?
Well hopefully someone with the Pro version may come along and give you a first hand answer. I personally don't have the Pro version, but I have a variety of other NewBlue effects, including Essentials packages I -- VI plus of course the cut-down version included with Video Studio. And it has to be noted that NewBlue are very careful about specifying which third party programs their software will work with. Since the NewBlue specifications page for Titler Pro does NOT include Corel, then it will not work hand-in-hand with Corel Video Studio X6 as it does with the listed programs. As I understand it, with those listed programs, a button appears somewhere in their interface once Titler Pro is installed.
I do, however, have other titling software including the stand-alone Corel's own Media Studio 3D, Xara 3D and Bluff Titler. All can export the newly created titles in a variety of video formats which you can then simply insert into a Video Studio timeline where it is processed as part of the project. Personally, I tend to use plain old uncompressed .avi as my output format from these programs. The files may be huge (1 GB for a 10 second title in HD dimensions is normal) but the quality is very high and there has never been any problem with the title's interaction with the rest of the project. The results in terms of the final edited video in all these cases is excellent.
I imagine that Titler Pro will operate in a very similar fashion. However, short of downloading the trial -- which I am not really prepared to do -- I have not been able to find any details on how the program works. Even their basic tutorial on its operation does not appear to go into that degree of detail. However, I must add that my own interaction with NewBlue tech support (and reported comments from other users) indicates that they are happy to respond to queries about their products, and do so quickly. So you could always ask them. One immediate things springs to mind: you need to clarify with them that Titler Pro does indeed operate as a stand-alone product. In my looking at their site and a couple of related tutorials, it is always called a plug-in. I saw no mention at all of it being stand-alone.

OK thanks for this answer, I hope anyone using Pro version can write about interaction or not compatibility with VS
