Hello I am a newbie
I am creating a photo collage and have created a Vector Layer (Text Tool) however I am unable to see this text on top of a Raster Layer (Photo). However the Text is visible if I move it onto the Background. I am unable to Arrange the Text to the Top. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Hopefully this makes sense.

There are two ways to do this.
1. Click on the Text layer in the Layers Palette and go to Layers Menu -> Arrange -> Bring to Top
2. Click on the Text layer in the Layers Palette and drag it to the top
If your Layers Palette is not visible you can open it via View Menu -> Palettes -> Layers
