I bought a copy of WinDVD6 4 or 5 years ago. It worked fine on WindowsXP.
I haven't used it in a while but I thought I try it again.
When I try to open it a box pops up saying my trial has run out. It wasn't a trial it was a full copy.
I tried to contact Corel but there's no way of doing it without paying.
I don't think I should have to pay since it's a paid for program.
I know it's long out of support service but there should be a way of activating it.
Any help would be appreciated
Afbille
Is there actually any way of getting hold of somebody at Corel to talk about this problem? Just askin'
WinDVD6 I know it's old but hang on

Re: WinDVD6 I know it's old but hang on
Hi
I assume you registered the program within your Corel account -- Product Details.
You should be able to retrieve your serial/activation number which should allow you to re-install.
Did you ever install the trial version? If so did you uninstall to re-install the purchased version?
Corel employees don’t visit this forum, well not that much, they do use Facebook, as far as I know actually reply to you, maybe you could try there?
Hope this helps

The activation code they sent me was only good for 10 days, then it expired.
Unfortunately I don't do Facebook.
