When I resize an image and save it as a jpg when I reopen the file and go to image info it did not resize it at all.
This is a 2 second job and now 1 hour later, I cannot work out why in the world PSP X6 cannot perform a simple task.
Totally frustrated!

Which mode?
Steps you are using?
ie Image> Resize change values click OK
File Save As?
or File Save?
Is it saving over the top of the image or in a separate folder. Does it behave the same when you save with a new name in the same folder/ separate folder?
Does the image info agree with the size shown on bottom right ?

DOH!! Daft moment. I couldn't find the pixels dimension and was using the mm dimension by mistake.
