Help Install and Support doesn't

Post by revsdm »

I have contacted support.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times now.
Here is the problem.
I can't sign in. No sign in buttons.
NO submit buttons
NO submit buttons

If I click the icon at the top right, all I see is OK.

Malaysia or India doesn't reply until 2 am. I have about 5 hours invested in this soon to be returned product.

What happens when you click on the Sign In hyperlink that I circled in red? Anything?

It lets me put name and password but there is no submit button. If I just hit enter in cycles back taking out password.

Here's a stupid question - have you registered the product and can you get in to your account at Corel? Or is this what you are trying to do? I've gone through this stuff so long ago I don't remember the variations of what is possible.

I registered it. It shows up in my account. The setup instructions show buttons that are missing on my screenshots.

Let me ask you this, what version of Internet Explorer do you have on your computer?

Corel uses Windows own built in WebBrowser component which is Internet Explorer. So what you're seeing might be a result of IE.

Then again, maybe not. I don't know, it's a shot in the dark.

A mystery. I signed out and back in, tried the sign up as well and all worked as it should. It's as if something is interfering with the prompt boxes in your case. I use Chrome as my browser. Have you tried other browsers? Have you tried closing other programs that you normally run?

Spent 2 hours with tech support. Gave them access to my computer. They uninstalled, reinstalled from a ftp site, and low and behold, still no boxes or prompts to sign in.
They manually signed me in to receive the support and downloads. The program works, just no boxes as shown in previous posts. Oh well life goes on.
