Hello,
I had issue with HTML5 since I got the software - I did talk to support then on how to upload the HTML5 video, but nothing... - I left it alone till now - I finally figure it out on my own. What the issue is that the VIDEO keeps playing when it reaches the end - I have gone through the files for a fix to no avail! And also found out that the full screen will not work, I disable that part. In any event the VIDEO in question is locate it the home page of my site - www.creamostuwebsite.com.
I am really hoping for a solution to this issue - It's great that one can add links with this great program, but is very annoying to have the VIDEO play continuously.

Re: HTML5 video replays
Hi Oscar
And welcome to the forums.
I viewed your web site the video played once then stopped, I had to press the play button to start again.
No Problems
I did not understand the content as it appears to be in Portuguese (Brazilian).

Re: HTML5 video replays
Same as for Trevor, the video plays and then stops. No looping.oscarcore wrote:Hello,

There is no option to set Full Screen so I don't know what you are referring to.

Re: HTML5 video replays
Same here -- played once then stopped. But I have to add that it seemed to stop quite suddenly, as though the voice had not quite finished what it was saying. (Incidentally, it's in South American Spanish... The Brazilian flag up in the top right in fact doesn't take you, as I thought it would, to a Portuguese version of what was being said, but to a Brazilian Portuguese mobile web site version with choices of recently made web sites...)
Anyway, I wonder if there is a problem at Oscar's end with the browser he is using... It worked fine for me in both Chrome and Internet Explorer (though in the latter the voice also cut off before it finished what it was saying -- you might need to check that, Oscar...)

Re: HTML5 video replays
Hello, I hope that I am not been a burden, After making the change on my computer and watching the video, notice that it doesn't stop at the end (the end should be the last text line) it ends at the beginning! - also I disabled the full screen because it doesn't work - Does any body have an actual HTML5 video on a website that I can take a look at to see how it works? It will be of great help to see another Video so that I can tell weather the problem is at my end and thus we can end this issue!

Re: HTML5 video replays
Hola Oscar! I just wanted to let you know that I have edited your last two posts as they were getting a bit confusing when you repeated your earlier message, first with not quotation marks, then in the last message included even your new remarks in quotation marks.
But yes -- your idea of looking at someone else's HTML5 code is a good one. Unfortunately, I have never used HTML5 so I can't help you there.

Re: HTML5 video replays
Hi Oscar
Now your video plays in a loop.
It would appear you have changed the code and removed the loop=false option
By default Video Studio uses:-
<source id="videoSrcMp4" src="" type="video/mp4"/>
<source id="videoSrcWebm" src="" type="video/webm"/>
Which would play in a loop.
Yet your earlier movie had the code modified to use the loop code.
That for all of us did work ok, I assumed the issue was related to your browser.
