I just checked X5 - the rulers work as one would expect (stay fixed to image, not frame) in both tabbed and cascade. So this is definitely a bug.

Can someone tell me how I can use the Canvas Size tools properly with that rulers issue?
I am completely lost!

What are you trying to do with Canvas Size?

It seems to me that the scale of the rulers stays correct when zooming in and out. As far as I can tell the zero point is the issue. In tabbed view the ruler seems correct except when one dimension is within the window and in the other dimension the image is larger (larger than the window vertically). The vertical ruler seems to be correct.

Depending on what you are trying to do, you may be able to get around the problem by using guides - they will maintain relative positions.

Don't expect this to be fixed before the next version of PSP or SP2 - and even then the chances are 50:50 whether this will be looked at.

Hotfix worked fine. Thanks.

Can't comment on Rulers as I've never used them.

Thanks for the patch and sory for my English, I'm a French user and found nothing in French to resolve my problem...

I was very in anger towards COREL, because there is no more free support, even not to announce the errors (bugs or dysfunction) of the program. To be obliged to pay to announce the bugs, it is a pity!
Same by telephone, the user is delivered to him even!
It is by chance that I arrived on this forum and I see that I am not the only one “to suffer” from this problem.

Thank You for the hot fix, but why isn't it on the site of Corel? It is not even indicated a bond or a reference (link) in the base of knowledge, or then I didn't found it.
