I am having a hard time getting the help function to work with Paint Shop Pro X6. I've made changes to my browser as instructed. My operating system is Windows 8. I also have Norton Antivirus installed on my computer. could this be the problem. Thank you.

I also reported this issue - see topic Web Works Help display fail: http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... ks#p278608
Tadjio wrote:I have also tried this on PSP X5 and I get the same error.
Everything points to a problem with Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 11
If the default browser is Mozilla Firefox, the error does not occur.
I think the problem is caused by increased security and 'protected mode' in IE 11 but I haven't found the answer...
