Lately I have been having a file created when I close either Video Studi X4 or X5.
They are DUMP files which are kept in a folder.
I have this files ready to send, because it tells me that I have to send them to the Corel support centre, but I don't know where
I have to send them.
I'm also having lots of problems keeping running either of the programmes(X4 or X%). They tend to stop, hang-up, and the screen goes cloudy telling that the application is not running well and I have to force finishing the programme.
This unfortunately happens very often lately.
Can you help me?

You only get an address to send the dump file to after you contact Corel Technical support and pay money for their help.

please do not send the dump file here - no one here knows what is says or means.

Are you doing any thing in particular when the programme goes un-responsive - editing ? - playing video ? rendering files ? or is it happening at random times in your use of the programme.

Ok. Thanks for your reply. I sse that I will have to pay and send the DUMP file to Corel technical service, although it tells me to send them to support@prodad. Do you know anything about this?
The programme close.
It happens at random times, but mostly when I move the bar at the bottom to move back and forward along the project.
Also when I try to enlarge o reduce visual edditing lines with the mouse over the - and + next to the rectangular clock. (duration of the project)
Sorry Brian, about my English. It's not easy to explain technical matters in a foreing languaje.

Hi Alfons

Before you pay for support I would re-install the program.
I assume you are running the Ultimate version and that ProDad has been installed using the Bonus files.

Given that it is happening to X4 and X5 I would start by un-installing your Pro Dad software.
Does that cure the problems. :?:
Now reinstall your Ultimate Bonus files.

The correct one is the "service, although it tells me to send them to support@prodad...."
Sorry to confuse you.
Do you know if X6 ultimate is on sale in Spanish yet?
If not, do you know when it is suppose to be relased?

Unfortunately we do not receive any information at all as to what versions are available or when new versions will become available.

Hi

Video Studio X6 should be available for sale, I browsed the Spanish Corel site and indeed it is listed.

I would however correct the problem with X4 and X5

Did you uninstall your ProDad software to see if that cured the error problem?

If you still have a problem then re-install Video Studio

Sorry. I looked the Spanish Corel site and unfortunately the X6 is mention but it says it's only in English.
Also says that X5 is available in Spanish.
Looking forward to X6 ultimate edition, my next update!

Maybe I know what the problem is with my prodad.
Explain:
Since I had prodad aplications, I installed them in X4 aswell as X5.
Curious when i run x4 and I close the programme I always ger the error message I have mentioned.
When I run X5 I never get any errors at the end of the programme.

Perhaps this is it!
