Create Disc Problem

I'm trying to create a disc by creating dvd folders. However, the interface is telling me I need 8 gigs of required space, but it does not detect my "available" space and indicates it is 0. I have over 100 gigs of harddrive available.
The error message read, "unspecified error" Report ID0x8004041c

What should I do? What's going on?

Also, when I choose record to disc I get the same unavailable harddrive.

I suspect that your UVS installation is damaged. Unless you have an ESD (Electronic Software Download) version of UVS, you can go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Ulead Videostudio -> Change/Remove, and then select Repair. Hopefully, that will fix it without having to do a complete re-install.

Be sure that your working folder is set to the drive that has high free space. Press F6 to open the Preference and change the location of the working folder (at the General tab).
