Custom brush on a path question

Post by asdfg123 »

How do I make a custom brush shape follow the contour of a path made with the Pen tool?

You can use PixelNook's VectorPaint or VectorStroke scripts.

Just make sure that you convert the contour to a path. Although it is automatically a path that text can follow, it is not always a path by definition. If you right click on the contour you have, and the Convert to path is an option, click on it. If it is not an option, then it is already a path.

I have pulled my hair over that little detail when I started using those scripts!
