VS-9 Video and Audio ??

Post by ARJRER »

I just purchased the program yesterday. I also have VS-8. When I installed VS-9 and brought up the Audio and Video files in VS-9 only 1 file came up, for both areas. Do I have to transfer the files from VS-8 Audio and Video sections to VS-9 Audio and Video sections or is there something else I gave to do to access these files in VS-9?

Thanks for your help.

When you say you purchased it yesterday - do you mean you downloaded it or did you purchase discs, if the former have you completed the 'SmartDownload' which is another 750Mb of download, if the latter sounds like you need to re-install

and after you downloaded the programme did you do the "SmartDownload" for the 750Mb of additional material - if not then that is what you need to do to get all the extras.

I did do the smart download. After the files are downloaded do you have to install them or does the program install them for you?

Thanks, Jim

AFAIK, the only part of the extra content which loads like a normal program is the menu templates part, though you have to click on it to install it. The rest has to be installed manually, essentially by drag-and-drop.
